Fit -

Men - You can choose from standard sizes S, M, L, or XL and refer to our size chart for guidance. Additionally, our team will reach out to you after you've placed the order to confirm sizing or discuss any custom fitting options. 

Please note that the trousers will be ankle-fit for a modern and tailored look.

Women - You can choose your size from options like S, M, L, or XL and refer to our size chart. Alternatively, for a custom fit, you can enter your chest, hips, and waist sizes when placing the order. However, our team will call you after you've placed the order to confirm the measurements.

Hygiene - At DWM, hygiene meets style. Our commitment to cleanliness begins with careful dry cleaning and sanitization of all our products, ensuring they're germ-free for your peace of mind. When you return an item, it undergoes immediate cleaning to maintain our high standards. Our dedicated Quality Assurance team rigorously inspects each product to guarantee cleanliness and quality before they're ready for rent.

You have 3 options for paying the security deposit.

1. You can pay it when placing the order, or
2. After placing the order, you can visit the 'My Orders' tab and pay the remaining balance mentioned there anytime before the order is shipped from our warehouse.
3. Alternatively, you can pay the delivery executive as the order will get converted to COD after it's shipped.

We take a security deposit in case the outfit gets damaged by accident.  Please take care of the outfit like it's yours. If it gets damaged while you're renting it, you might need to pay a fee. Usually, small damages like a torn seam can be fixed easily. But if the outfit is damaged badly and can't be fixed, we'll look into it and let you know what happens next, including any charges.

We'll refund the security deposit to your source account after the product reaches the DWM Warehouse and passes our quality check. Typically, you can expect the refund within 7 working days after returning the product

If you paid the security deposit in cash to the delivery person, our team will contact you to provide your bank details or UPI ID for the refund process.

Please read  the T&C mentioned below for Refunds and Cancellation 

• Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a credit note for 100% of the Rental Fee. 
• If an order is canceled 30 or more days before the rental date, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. 
• If an order is canceled 11 to 29 days before the rental date, 85% of the rental amount will be refunded to the original payment method. 
• If an order is canceled 10 days before the rental date, 50% of the rental amount will be refunded to the original payment method. 
• No refund will be provided for orders canceled 7 days or less before the rental
