Delivery Area:

a. Pan-India Delivery: We offer shipping services across India, allowing customers from various regions to access our rental garments.

Delivery and Return Dates:

a. Booking Period: During the booking process, you'll have access to a calendar option, allowing you to select the date for your event and choose the corresponding rental duration. Please note that the dress will be delivered one or two days prior to your selected delivery date .

b. Delivery Date: The delivery date refers to the date when the rental garments will be delivered to your specified address. Our team will make every effort to ensure timely delivery on the chosen date.

c. Return Date: The return date is the deadline for returning the rental garments. Please ensure that you return the garments by this date to avoid incurring late fees.

Shipping Charges:

a. Shipping Fee: We provide complimentary delivery and pickup services for rental dresses across India on orders exceeding 1000. For orders below 1000, a nominal fee of 200 will be charged for each order.

Shipping Process:

a. Delivery: Once your booking is confirmed, we will prepare the rental garments for shipment. Our logistics partner will deliver the garments to your specified address on the selected delivery date. You or an authorized representative must be present to receive and acknowledge the delivery.

b. Return: At the end of the rental period, you are responsible for returning the garments in the same condition as received. . Simply pack the garments securely in the original packaging and delivery person will come to pickup the product and its done .

Shipping Delays and Issues:

a. Unforeseen Circumstances: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, logistical challenges, or other external factors may cause delays. We will make every effort to communicate any delays and provide updates on the status of your shipment.

b. Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Please ensure that the delivery address, contact person, and contact details provided during the booking process are correct. DWM will not be held liable for any shipping issues or delays resulting from inaccurate information.

Tracking and Updates:

a. Shipment Tracking: We provide tracking details for your shipment, allowing you to monitor the progress and estimated delivery date. You can track your package through the logistics partner's website or by contacting their customer service.
