After the rental period ends, our courier team will arrange for the pickup of the product from your specified location. We understand that accidents happen. A refundable security deposit is charged at checkout to cover any potential damages. If the outfit sustains damage beyond normal wear and tear, the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. However, minor damages such as small stains or loose threads are usually covered by the rental fee.

• Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order to receive a credit note for 100% of the Rental Fee.
• If an order is canceled 30 or more days before the rental date, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• If an order is canceled 11 to 29 days before the rental date, 85% of the rental amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• If an order is canceled 10 days before the rental date, 50% of the rental amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• No refund will be provided for orders canceled 7 days or less before the rental
Returning your rental outfit is a breeze. Simply pack the garment in the provided return box, and our delivery person will come to collect it. They will inspect the dress to ensure it's in good condition, and once verified, the return process is complete. Its as easy as that!

In the event of rare circumstances where you are dissatisfied with your outfit, we provide rental credit note refunds for unworn items. You can claim your rental credits after returning the unworn outfit. To initiate the return process, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the outfit so that we can promptly arrange for its pickup.
