The Return Policy outlined below governs the procedures for returning products ordered through the www.dwm.ind.in website. By utilizing or accessing the site's services, users are required to comply with the stipulations outlined in this policy.
Failure by users to return products by the specified date will result in a daily penalty of Rs.500.
In cases where products remain unreturned after 10 days, formal police complaints may be lodged, followed by the issuance of legal notices to the concerned client.
Products must be returned in their original packaging or provided return box to ensure safe transit.
The return process must be authorized and supervised by the Site Owner, and only individuals authorized by the Site Owner are permitted to handle returns.
It is the responsibility of users to ensure that products are properly packed and sealed during return. Any damages incurred during unauthorized return transit shall be solely borne by the user.
Refunds for damaged products will be processed within 20 working days of receipt by the Site Owner after undergoing a quality check.
In instances of delayed deliveries beyond the requested occasion date, refunds will be issued within 7 working days.
Security deposits will be fully refunded within 7 working days after the user returns the products in good condition, free from any major damages.
In cases where the order is canceled by the Site Owner, a full refund will be provided.
For cancellations initiated by the user, partial refunds will be issued, subject to certain conditions mentioned below.
